How does Sedation Dentistry work?
Oral conscious sedation is a protocol where you take a pill and some liquid medicines an hour before the visit. You will be brought to the office by a companion because you will be too drowsy to drive.
The office staff will care for your every need during the visit. You will be in a well padded chair with blankets and headset for music. When you are ready, Dr. Smith and his staff will complete the dental treatment scheduled for that day.
Your companion will take you have where you will be able to relax the rest of the day.

A. OCS is a protocol that has been used for thousands of dental patients. Dr. Smith can reverse the sedation in a few seconds by using a special reversal agent.
